Clarks Originals — the archive that started it all

Clarks Originals is the heritage line — the Desert Boot, the Wallabee, the Desert Trek, the Weaver. Silhouettes that have been in continuous production since the 1950s and 1960s, still made on the original lasts, still finished with crepe soles and unlined suede uppers.

The icons

Three shoes built the archive. The Desert Boot launched in 1950, designed by Nathan Clark after Cairo. The Wallabee arrived in 1967 as a chunkier moccasin with a plantation crepe sole. The Desert Trek followed in 1971, with the signature centre seam. Between them, they define the Originals language.

The full range

Care and fit
