Clarks Australia "Win a $1,000 Voucher" Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
The Promoter is MAPM International Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 077 027 788), located at 101 Greville St, Prahran VIC 3181.

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 17 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 21 September 2026.

3. Entrant Requirements

• Entry is open to all Australian Residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must successfully opt-in to the MAPM-managed Clarks Australia mailing list via the official website (clarks.com.au) or an authorised in-store digital prompt during the Promotional Period.

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
• Use of automated entry software is strictly prohibited.

5. The Prize

• There is one (1) prize of an AU$1,000 Clarks Digital Voucher.
• The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction and is valid for online use only at clarks.com.au.
• Any unused balance following the single transaction will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.

6. Prize Draw & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected via an independent electronic draw system at 10:00am AEST on 28 September 2026 at the offices of MAPM International.
• The winner will be notified in writing via the email address supplied at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
• The winner’s name will be published on clarks.com.au for a period of 28 days.

7. Unclaimed Prizes
The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification. If the prize remains unclaimed, a second draw will take place at the same location on 14 October 2026.

8. Liability & Australian Consumer Law

• Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion.
• MAPM International is solely responsible for the fulfillment of this prize.

9. Privacy
By entering, you consent to MAPM International collecting your personal information to conduct the promotion and for future marketing purposes in accordance with the MAPM Privacy Policy.
