Men's boots that last beyond a season
A good pair of boots should outlast your phone, your couch, and probably your car. Clarks has been building boots since the 1820s, and our men's range covers everything from the original Desert Boot to Chelsea boots, lace-up boots, and heavier work-ready styles.
The icons
The Desert Boot launched in 1950 and hasn't really changed since. Two-eyelet lace-up, crepe sole, suede upper. The Wallabee followed in 1967 and is still made on the same last. Both sit within the wider Clarks Originals men's archive.
Chelsea boots
Our Chelsea boots come in leather and suede, with elastic side gussets and a pull tab at the heel. Wear them with raw denim, chinos, or a suit if you're brave. Leather Chelsea boots polish up for the office, suede versions lean casual.
Lace-up and heavier styles
For more structured silhouettes, the Desert Trek and Bushacre models sit on the heavier end. If you need something for work sites or outdoor conditions, the men's work shoes range has safety-compliant and heavy-use options.
Fit and sizing
Desert Boots run slightly large — we recommend sizing down half a size if you're between. Wallabees are true to size. Leather boots will stretch about 4mm through the forefoot over the first month, suede a little more. Most styles come in G width as standard, with some in D and H.
Care
Suede needs a brush and a waterproofer before first wear. Leather takes a wax polish. Our cleaner and polish range has everything you need to keep a pair going for a decade.
