Call & Collect - VIC stores

To our Victorian Customers - you may not be able to visit us in person just yet, however you are now allowed to visit our stores to collect an order. Our store teams are really missing seeing customers, so we are delighted to introduce our Call + Collect service, available at the following locations:

Order Pick Up is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 11am and 4pm.


How does it work?

  • 1. Browse Online

    Find your chosen product on our website. Click the “Find in store” button to see if your products are available at your selected location.

  • 2. Call the Store and make payment

    Call the store to speak to a Clarks store team member. Staffed hours are 11am - 4pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday in those select stores. During staffed hours, the team will confirm product availability and complete the transaction over the phone. Together you will determine an appropriate collection time and spot.

  • 3. Collect your order

    Give the store a call upon arrival to the carpark. We will head to the collection spot to hand over your order. Please bring a piece of ID (such as your drivers licence) to verify your transaction.

FAQS

  • When can I place my Call + Collect order?

    Call + Collect orders can be placed via calling the appropriate store between 11am – 4pm, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The stores will not be manned outside of these hours.

  • When can I collect my Call + Collect order?

    Standard collection hours are 11am – 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The actual collection time will be agreed at order placement. Orders made need to be collected within 48 hours from placement or the stock will no longer be reserved.

  • What do I do when I arrive at the store to collect my order?

    Upon arrival at the store, please call the store’s phone number where all other details can be confirmed.

  • Can I enter the store to pick up my order?

    Collection will be governed by centre circumstances and may be at our store shopfront (if agreed). As much as we would love you to come inside and offer more assistance, due to government restrictions, we are not permitted to allow you to enter the store when collecting your order.

  • Will I be provided with a receipt?

    Once you pay for your purchase over the phone, a receipt will be emailed to your email address provided.

  • Can I return or refund my order?

    Returns cannot be processed through our Call + Collect Service. Any returns or exchanges will need to be processed in stores once they reopen.
